The Lauttasaari English Playschool’s multicultural work community consists of four teachers with responsibilities in child care and development, as well as a day care assistant. In addition to teaching, day care Headteacher Riitta Matinmikko-Parviainen also carries out duties as day care director. 

Teachers at our Playschool are encouraged to plan out and develop their activities. To guarantee this, teachers and care providers have periods of time reserved for planning, which is kept separate from other activities.
